ACTION REQUESTED:
Recommendation of approval for ratification of disaster relief PO in the amount of $86,748.22 to Abraham's Construction for repair of damaged bridge rail on the Kentucky St bridge over Spring River.
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Louis Najar
On October 21st, the City of Roswell suffered a catastrophic 500-year flood. Due to the unprecedented flooding, we needed to contract out the work for emergency repair of bridge rail on the Kentucky St. bridge over the Spring river.
In expectation of the Federal Disaster Declaration, the City of Roswell is anticipating the reimbursement of these funds.
