Bids received on November 12, 2024, for the subject project have been reviewed. A Bid Tabulation is attached. One bid was received as follows:

• Abraham’s Construction $2,406,178.84  (Amount includes tax of 7.8958%).

Please see attached the recommendation of award letter to Purchasing Department.

Current available amount in FY25 approved budget is $2,440,000. Project 100% funded by NMDOT, project number CN 2104850. 

• Project is a reimbursement agreement.
