Approval for an expenditure of $2,406,178.84, including GRT, for ITB-25-003, Elm St Bridge Replacement Project to Abraham’s Construction. (Corn/MacCornack)

Bids received on November 12, 2024, for the subject project have been reviewed. A Bid Tabulation is attached. One bid was received as follows:

- Abraham’s Construction $2,406,178.84 (Amount includes tax of 7.8958%).

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Current available amount in FY25 approved budget is $2,440,000. Project 100% funded by NMDOT, project number CN 2104850.
- Project is a reimbursement agreement.
LEGAL REVIEW:
No Legal Review required at this time.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Infrastructure Committee recommended approval (5-0) at their meeting on 11/18/24 to refer to Finance. On 12/2/2024, the Finance Committee voted (4-0) to recommend approval to send to the December 2024 City Council.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Consider recommending authorization for an expenditure of $2,406,178.84, including GRT, for ITB-25-003, Elm St Bridge Replacement Project to Abraham’s Construction.
