Resolution 24-56: Consider adoption of Resolution 24-56 approving budget adjustment for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. (Corn/Gomez)

Initiated by Toni Gomez:
The New Mexico Department of Finance Administration (DFA) requires approval of a budget adjustment when increasing a revenue and/or expense in the approved budget. The finance department is requesting a budget adjustment for line items in Exhibit “A”. These adjustments are for various donations and other departments.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
- Various Funds: Revenues $54,229.10, Expenses $333,229.10
LEGAL REVIEW:
No legal review is required at this time.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The Finance Committee recommended approval (4-0) at their meeting on December 5, 2024, to City Council.
