Approval to authorize College Investments, located at 414 East College Avenue, to enter into a (1) year lease agreement beginning January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2025 with an automatic renewal for a second year, ending on December 31, 2026, if funding is provided by the Roswell Governing Body. FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
The Lessor agrees to a one (1) year lease commencing on January 1, 2025, and ending December 31, 2025, with an automatic renewal for the second year ending December 31, 2026, if funding is provided by the Roswell Governing Body in the City of Roswell FY 26 budget.
