ACTION REQUESTED:
Consider recommending authorization for ratification of the purchase in the amount of $144,988.81 (including GRT) to McClain Yu Architecture for planning and design of the HVAC system at the Roswell Police Department Headquarters. (Rogers)
- Funding Source - Project is planned to be funded with the American Rescue Plan Act Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund for amount $144,988.81.
BACKGROUND:

This request is for ratification of the purchase of engineering services for the HVAC systems at the Roswell Police department in the amount of $144,988.81 to McClain + Yu. The services will be procured through City of Roswell On-Call Engineering RFP 25-002. A life cycle cost analysis will be performed - potentially consider three different systems. The funding source for this project had an encumbrance deadline of December 31st and the funds are now fully encumbered.
