ACTION REQUESTED:

Consider recommending authorization for ratification for PO 22501336 for emergency water and wastewater repairs due to flood disaster to White Cloud Pipeline in the amount of $369,329.49 including GRT, to include a budget adjustment to GL line 53004355-614020 of $369,279.49. (Valadez)

BACKGROUND:

Emergency repairs due to flood damage to: 
  1. Lea Ave. Bridge over Spring River  for aerial pipe crossing totaling $40,860.14 in repairs. 
  2. Kentucky Ave. Bridge over Spring River - replacement of aerial pipe crossing totaling $98,994.40.
  3. US 285 Bridge Over Spring River aerial steel water pipe crossing totaling $129,487.91. 
  4. Pennsylvania Bridge Over Spring River aerial pipe crossing totaling $99,987.04
Utilizing White Cloud Utility Repair Services Agreement RFP-25-001

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:

  • Funding Source - Budget adjustment in the amount of $369,279.49 to Repair and Maintenance Infrastructure GL No. 53004355-614020. 
  • Funding Source - PO 22501336 encumbrance of $50.00.

Finance Committee will be the first to hear this item at the February 6, 2025 meeting.
