LEGAL REVIEW:
The legal department has reviewed and helped draft the verbiage for the proposed ordinances and has agreed to move forward with the DTF request to propose the authorization to advertise to hold a public hearing.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Infrastructure will be the first committee to hear this item.
