ACTION REQUESTED:
Resolution 25-XX:Disposal of Certain Surplus Personal Property - consider recommending adoption of Resolution 25-XX to dispose of certain surplus personal property listed on the attachment. (Gomez)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Becky Hicks.
This request covers old/obsolete equipment and vehicles currently owned by the City of Roswell.
Exhibit A: items valued at less than $2,500. This list is vehicles and equipment that have been either totaled by insurance, stolen or ready for auction because the repairs needed exceed the asset value.
Exhibit B: items valued at more than $2,500. This list is vehicles and equipment that have been either totaled by insurance or deemed to have exceeded life expectancy with the City.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
If there are no bids on these items at the set minimum, the minimum may be re-evaluated and the items will be relisted until sold. If an item still receives no bids, it will be recycled or disposed of in another acceptable manner.

Consider recommending approval of Resolution 25-XX authorizing the Disposal of Certain Surplus Personal Property to City Council.
