ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval to authorize National Champion Air Races for a one (1) year lease agreement beginning April 1, 2025, and ending March 31, 2026, for Building 100 at the Roswell Air Center. (Heldenbrand/Sanchez)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Michelle Sanchez
NCAR requests to enter a one (1) year lease for Building 100, consisting of 5,520 square feet of useable space, more or less, located at the Roswell Air Center, commencing April 1, 2025, and ending March 31, 2026.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord as annual rent for building 100, the sum of ($24,840.00), payable in 12 monthly installments of $2,070.00.
LEGAL REVIEW:
Has been sent to City Attorney for review.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Legal Committee recommended approval 4-0 at their meeting on March 27, 25.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Proceed as presented.
