ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval to authorize BS International for a one (1) year lease agreement beginning April 1, 2025, and ending March 31, 2026, for building 117 at the Roswell Air Center. (Heldenbrand/Sanchez)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Michelle Sanchez
BS International requests to enter a one (1) year lease for Building 117 consisting of 5,000 square feet of useable space, more or less, located at the Roswell Air Center, commencing April 1, 2025, and ending March 31, 2026.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Tenant agrees to pay to the Landlord as annual rent for Building 117 the sum of (22,500.00), payable in 12 monthly installments of $1,875.00.
LEGAL REVIEW:
The lease has been sent to City Attorney.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Legal Committee recommended approval 4-0 at their meeting on March 27, 2025.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Proceed as presented.
