Recommend award of Inclusive Park Phase 3 Project to Abraham’s Construction Inc. in the amount of $342,172.76, which includes GRT. (Najar)

BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Louis Najar
Bids received on April 8, 2025 for the subject project have been reviewed. A Bid Tabulation is attached. One bid was received as follows: (Amounts include Tax of 7.8958%).
The City of Roswell has funding from two Legislative appropriations dedicated to the Inclusive Park. Appropriation 22-G2779 has a remaining balance of $142,172.76. Appropriation 23-H2391 has full funding in the amount of $200,000.00. The total amount available is $342,172.76. Upon completion of the review, Abraham’s Construction Inc. is the qualified low bidder. I hereby recommend the award of this project to Abraham’s Construction in the amount of $342,172.76. Abraham’s Construction is willing to accept the award of the project at this amount.
