FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
The total purchase price of the property shall be $60,240.00. This property was independently appraised at $60,240.00 for 7.53 Acres.
LEGAL REVIEW:
The City Attorney has reviewed the Purchase and Sale Contract from Amazon.com Services LLC., and this item has been submitted to the Legal Committee for review.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The Legal Committee recommended approval 3-0 at its meeting on April 24, 2025. City Council approved to advertise to hold a public hearing at the May 8th meeting, 10-0.

Proceed as presented.
