ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval of a change order in the amount of $587,490.47 to increase PO 22501825 for ITB-25-002 West Country Club Twin Reservoirs Repair Project from the current amount of $3,744,739.53 to a new amount of $4,332,230.00. (Corn/Valadez)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Andrew Valadez
Additional water line piping work was identified on the West Country Club Twin Reservoirs Repair Project. These changes were due to on-site conditions being different from the conditions identified in the plans, requiring a change in valve size, as well as relocation of drain lines that were determined to be in conflict with the valves that are to be replaced. In addition, examination of the interior of the south tank identified the need for repairs to the weir box and overflow drain on the interior of the tank.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Project is funded by Water Project Fund WPF-5980. Funding agreement is for a total of $8,000,000, 45% grant, 55% loan.
