ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve the award of the Hobson Flood Mitigation Project to Constructors Inc. in the amount of $7,513,529.03, which includes GRT. (Corn/MacCornack)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: James MacCornack
Bids received on May 13, 2025, for the subject project have been reviewed. A Bid Tabulation is attached. Three bids were received as follows: (Amounts include tax of 8.2708%).
Upon completion of review, Constructors Inc. is the qualified low bidder. It is recommended to award this project to Constructors Inc. in the amount of $7,513,529.03, which includes GRT.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Funding is per Water Trust Board Grant WPF-5949. Balance available is $8,551,262.

BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The Finance Committee recommended approval (3-1) with Councilor Heldenbrand voting no, at its meeting on June 5, 2025.
