ACTION REQUESTED:
RFP-25-007: Scope of Work for Veterinary Services. Approval of the award recommendation for RFP-25-007. (Halvorson/Mairot)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Shantel Mairot
The City of Roswell is seeking proposals from qualified veterinary service providers to deliver a range of essential veterinary services to support the animals under the care of Roswell Animal Services. A multi-source award is anticipated to ensure comprehensive coverage and flexibility in service provision.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Funding will be provided through the City of Roswell Animal Services' approved operating budget.
LEGAL REVIEW:
Contracts will be reviewed by the Legal Department upon award.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The Public Safety Committee meeting on May 13, 2025, recommended approval with a 3-0 vote and referred it to the Legal Committee and then to the City Council on the consent agenda.
