BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Jim Burress
The current rates/fees have been the same since 2014/2015 fiscal year.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Due to inflation, our costs have gone up.

The Finance Committee recommended approval (4-) at its meeting on June 5, 2025.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Consider approval to restructure and increase all rates and fees at Nancy Lopez Golf course at Spring River.
