ACTION REQUESTED:
Recommend award of ITB 25-006 RAC Wastewater Extension Project to Enviroworks, LLC in the amount of $3,274,145.18, which includes GRT. (MacCornack)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: James MacCornack
Bids received on May 13, 2025, for the subject project have been reviewed. A Bid Tabulation is attached. Six bids were received as follows: (Amounts include Tax of 8.2708%).
White Cloud Pipeline was the low bidder; however, White Cloud Pipeline notified the City by email that they would not be able to meet the project time frame required by the funding agreement. Therefore, the recommendation is to utilize the second-lowest bidder, Enviroworks, LLC.

White Cloud Pipeline was the low bidder; however, White Cloud Pipeline notified the City by email that they would not be able to meet the project time frame required by the funding agreement. Therefore, the recommendation is to utilize the second-lowest bidder, Enviroworks, LLC.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
Funding is per LEDA funding received by Roswell Air Center. The excerpt is attached. $6,500,000 was awarded; $6,305,269.85 remains available after funding the design of this project.

BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Infrastructure Committee on 6/16/2025 voted (5-0) to recommend award of ITB 25-006 RAC Wastewater Extension Project to Enviroworks, LLC in the amount of $3,274,145.18 which includes GRT to July 2025 Finance Committee.

Proceed as presented.
