The City’s aging fleet results in higher maintenance costs and operational inefficiencies. Enterprise Fleet offers services including vehicle acquisition, maintenance management, and vehicle resale, which can improve fleet performance and reduce costs.

Funding Source: Expense Line item 11014041 663301 $325,652 for Enterprise Fleet Management budgeted in the FY26 Budget.
