ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval to authorize Red Mountain Arsenal LLC to enter into a 1-year lease agreement beginning June 1, 2025, and ending May 31, 2026, for Building 60 at the Roswell Air Center. (Heldenbrand/Sanchez)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Michelle Sanchez
Red Mountain Arsenal LLC requests to enter into a 1-year lease for Building 60 and consists of 8,770 square feet, more or less, and an area of land consisting of 74,000 square feet, more or less, located at the Roswell Air Center.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Tenant agrees to pay to City as rent the sum of forty-four thousand, five hundred and fifty-four dollars and twenty cents ($44,554.20), payable in 12 monthly installments of $3,712.85 the first year of the Lease.
LEGAL REVIEW:
Legal has reviewed the lease.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The Legal Committee recommended approval 5-0, with an amendment, at its meeting on June 26, 2025.
