ACTION REQUESTED:
Resolution 25-33: Consider adoption of Resolution 25-33 authorizing the submittal of the 2027-2031 Infrastructure Capital Improvements Plan (ICIP). (Halvorson/Yntema)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Hessel Yntema
In keeping with the concept of funding critical projects, Hessel Yntema, City Attorney, presented the Master Capital List for each department. After City Council review and selection of projects(s) for ICIP ranking, Attachment A represents those projects selected for inclusion in the Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) and priority funding.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
The ICIP is not a funding source, but it does include information on each project for local, state and federal funding opportunities.
LEGAL REVIEW:
The resolution has been submitted to the City Attorney for review. Resolutions must be passed by a majority of the governing body. NMSA 1978, § 3-17-4
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The City Council reviewed the respective list provided and recommended the projects listed in Attachment A.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Proceed as presented.
