Consider approving and sending to full Council Resolution 25-XX Financial Support for Roswell Transit FY2027. (Hicks)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Beck Hicks
NMDOT requires a Resolution of Financial Support every year in August for the following Fiscal Year. The budget that we are submitting to NMDOT for FY2027 includes $952,171.12 in financial support from the City of Roswell.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
FY2027 financial support from the City of Roswell in the amount of $952,171.12.
LEGAL REVIEW:
Legal has reviewed the resolution in prior years.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The Infrastructure Committee recommended approval 4-0 at its meeting on July 21, 2025.
