ACTION REQUESTED:
Resolution 25-XX Disposal of Certain Surplus Personal Property - consider recommending adoption of Resolution 25-XX to dispose of certain surplus personal property listed on the attachment. (Hicks)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Becky Hicks.
This request covers old/obsolete equipment and vehicles currently owned by the City of Roswell.
Exhibit A: Items valued at less than $2,500. This list is vehicles and equipment that have been either totaled by insurance or deemed ready for auction because the needed repairs exceed the asset value.
Exhibit B: Items valued at more than $2,500. This list is vehicles and equipment that have been either totaled by insurance or deemed ready for auction because they are in a state of disrepair and have exceeded life expectancy.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
If there are no bids on these items at the set minimum, the minimum may be re-evaluated and the items will be relisted until sold. If an item still receives no bids, it will be recycled or disposed of in another acceptable manner.
