ACTION REQUESTED:
Consider recommending authorization for PO approval to CES in the amount of $636,261.53 for Roswell Airfield Temporary Barrier for the National Championship Air Races. (Thompson)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Bobbi Thompson
The TSA has required additional security fencing for the National Championship Air Races in September to enhance safety for attendees and participants. This fencing will help manage crowd access during the event. This project will utilize CES Contract Number 2023-08-C3115-ALL.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
Funding Source: An increase to expense line 51004332 642903 to the amount of $636,261.53.
We will temporarily draw from our reserve funds, as we have submitted a request for reimbursement from the State for this project. This will require a budget adjustment.
