Consider recommending authorization for PO approval to Desert West in the amount of $591,035.68 for micro surfacing the pit area for the National Championship Air Races. (Thompson)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Bobbi Thompson
This will be the surface finish for the pit area at the National Championship Air Races in September. This project will be utilizing Eddy County RFP#24-02.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
Funding Source: An increase to expense line 51004334 817504 in the amount of $591,035.68.
We will temporarily draw from our reserve funds, as we have submitted a request for reimbursement from the State for this project. This will require a budget transfer.
