Consider PO requisition for FY 26 Micro-Surfacing Pavement Maintenance operations. PO of up to $712,746.68 to IPR Inc. utilizing Eddy County Agreement A-24-52-R1 RFP 24-02 Emulsified Sealing Services.
BACKGROUND:

Streets budget includes $2,300,000 for pavement maintenance activities. It is proposed to utilize up to $712,746.68 to perform Micro Surfacing after Hot Recycle activities on various City Streets. The streets were selected based on visual review and address some areas that were damaged by flooding in October 2024.

Current available FY 26 approved budget is $2,300,000 for pavement maintenance activities.
