ACTION REQUESTED:
Consider recommendation of ratification of PO# 22600754 for the replacement of RIAC Lift Station to J&H Services for $3,003,307.48, including GRT.
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Andrew Valadez
Existing lift station on Hobson Road that serves Roswell Air Center experienced a near-catastrophic failure that resulted in the loss of pumping ability for a period of time. Waste Water personnel were able to temporarily get the lift station back into service utilizing backup equipment. In order to expedite replacement of the lift station, existing design plans from Freese & Nichols were used to solicit quotes from contractors.
J&H Servcies responded with the lowest quote.
