The City issued ITB-26-002 for on-call custom welding and fabrication services supporting City-owned equipment, vehicles, and infrastructure. Bids were opened on August 18, 2025. The vendors listed above submitted responsive bids with differing labor rates (shop, field, emergency) and materials mark-up percentages. Because service needs vary by project and department, staff recommends a multi-source award. This approach allows departments to request services directly from any awarded vendor based on availability, specific technical needs, and project timing.
