Resolution 25-47: adoption of Resolution 25-47, approving budget adjustment for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. (Corn/Gomez)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Toni Gomez
The New Mexico Department of Finance Administration (DFA) requires approval of a budget adjustment when increasing a revenue and/or expense in the approved budget. The finance department is requesting a budget adjustment for line items in Exhibit “A”. These adjustments are for various grants, transfers, and other departments.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
Various Funds: Revenues $4,914,855.68 and Expenses $6,649,610.68
LEGAL REVIEW:
No legal review is required at this time.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The Finance Committee recommended approval 5-0 as amended at its September 4, 2025, meeting.
