BACKGROUND:

City of Roswell Police Department requests to enter into a 5-year lease for Building No. 500, consisting of 23,000 square feet and adjacent area of land consisting of 5 acres, more or less, located at the Roswell Air Center, commencing on December 1, 2025, and ending November 30, 2030.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
Tenant agrees to pay Landlord as rent the sum of Three Hundred Sixty-Eight thousand dollars and Zero cents ($368,000.00), payable in 12 monthly installments of $30,666.67.
LEGAL REVIEW:
City Attorney has reviewed this lease.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
