ACTION REQUESTED:
Consider approval of scope of work for the Children's Garden/Jardín de Niños and to go out for bid when funds are available. (Costley)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by Enid Costley
The City of Roswell awarded professional services to Studio 27 for a complete set of engineer-designed plans for developing and constructing an outdoor early childhood play and learning area (now known as the Children's Garden /Jardín de Niños). To include, but not limited to, full site design, including topographic survey, excavation, earthwork and grading, irrigation and ADA accessibility, full site designs and details required to pursue construction funding, advertise, bid and construction needs.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
Waiting for the proceeds from Moreton Capital on the sale of the CD to be deposited.
LEGAL REVIEW:
The Legal Department is reviewing the final plans
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The Infrastructure Committee recommended approval (5-0) at its meeting on November 17, 2025.
