ACTION REQUESTED:
Recommend approval of a budget adjustment in the amount of $52,474.50, plus applicable Gross Receipts Tax (GRT) of $4,340.06, for a total budget adjustment of $56,814.56, for CentralSquare public safety project management and technical services required to re-host the existing system to the new Dispatch Center server. Procurement will be made through Sourcewell Contract #030425-CNSQ. (Herring)
BACKGROUND:

The Dispatch Center must transition its CentralSquare public safety system from the old server to the new dispatch facility. Funding for the re-hosting and technical implementation services was not previously secured by prior administration. These services are necessary to ensure system functionality, data integrity, and full operational readiness at the new dispatch location.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
This expenditure was not included in the FY26 adopted budget. Approval will require a budget adjustment in the amount of $52,474.50 plus applicable Gross Receipts Tax (GRT).
