ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve a budget adjustment and authorize procurement of replacement computers for all dispatch consoles at the new consolidated dispatch location. The total cost is $119,337.38, with $52,013.64 currently available. An additional $67,323.74 is required to complete the acquisition. Procurement will be conducted through the Dell NASPO Computer Equipment Statewide Price Agreement Contract #10-00000-20-00062AF. (Herring)
BACKGROUND:

The existing dispatch computers are outdated and experiencing performance issues. As the Dispatch Center transitions to a consolidated location, replacing these systems will ensure operational reliability and prevent service disruptions. Current systems are approximately six years old and no longer meet the requirements for critical public safety operations. Procuring new computers during the relocation will support uninterrupted emergency communications and improve system stability.
