ACTION REQUESTED:
Resolution 26-XX Disposal of Certain Surplus Personal Property. Consider recommending to full Council adoption of Resolution 26-XX to dispose of certain surplus property listed on the attachment. (Hicks)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Becky Hicks
This request covers old/obsolete equipment and vehicles currently owned by the City of Roswell. Exhibit A: Items valued at less than $2,500 and Exhibit B: Items valued at more than $2,500. Both exhibits are printed on the same sheet.
These items are in a state of disrepair and repair costs would exceed the value of the item, and/or they have exceeded their life expectancy.

If there are no bids on these items at the set minimum, the minimum may be re-evaluated and the items will be relisted until sold or the item may be scrapped or recycled in another acceptable manner.
