ACTION REQUESTED:
Consider recommending approval of the City of Roswell's IT Department to enter into a month-to-month lease beginning March 1, 2026, for Building 92 at the Roswell Air Center (Sanchez).
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by Michelle Sanchez
City of Roswell IT Department requests to enter into a month-to-month lease for Building 92, consisting of 17,963 square feet more or less, located at the Roswell Air Center, commencing on March 1, 2026.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
Tenant agrees to pay Landlord as rent the sum of Forty-One Thousand Six hundred seventy-four dollars and sixteen cents ($41,674.16), payable in 12 monthly installments of $3,472.85.
LEGAL REVIEW:
City Attorney has reviewed this lease.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Legal Committee will be the first to consider this item.
