Resolution 26-10: Adoption of Resolution 26-10 to dispose of certain surplus personal property. (Gass/Hicks)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Becky Hicks
This request covers old/obsolete equipment and vehicles currently owned by the City of Roswell. Exhibit A: Items valued at less than $2,500 and Exhibit B: Items valued at more than $2,500. Both exhibits are printed on the same sheet for convenience.
These items are in a state of disrepair and/or repair costs would exceed the value of the item and/or they have exceeded their life expectancy.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
If there are no bids on these items at the set minimum, the minimum may be re-evaluated and the items will be relisted until sold or the item may be scrapped or recycled in another acceptable manner.

BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The Finance Committee voted 5-0 at their March 5, 2026, meeting to adopt Resolution 26-10 for Disposal of Certain Surplus Property.
