Resolution 26-15: Adoption of Resolution 26-15: Adopting the City of Roswell Asset Management Plan. (Johnson/MacCornack)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Andrew Valadez
In 2023 the City obtained a grant from New Mexico Finance Authority to create an Asset Management Plan for the City of Roswell. Souder, Miller, and Associates was retained to prepare the plan for the City of Roswell.
The Asset Management Plan addresses Utility assets and makes recommendations for managing the lifecycle costs associated with these assets. The Asset Management Plan also addresses the level of service goals for Utility departments and critical assets for the City Utility departments.

Infrastructure Committee on 2/9/2026 voted (3-0) to recommend this item to City Council to be placed on the consent agenda

Consider Resolution 26-15 for adoption of the City of Roswell Asset Management Plan
