ACTION REQUESTED:
Consider recommending approval of the Professional Service Agreement with Sparktek Service, LLC (Nairn-Mahan).
BACKGROUND:

As part of its ongoing obligations pursuant to a settlement agreement and general duties related to airport operations, the City is responsible for ensuring that appropriate technical service, maintenance and operations support are in place to meet TSA security requirements. SparkTek Services LLC has the capacity to provide these specialized services to the City of Roswell as required by the TSA.
As part of its ongoing obligations pursuant to a settlement agreement and general duties related to airport operations, the City is responsible for ensuring that appropriate technical service, maintenance and operations support are in place to meet TSA security requirements. SparkTek Services LLC has the capacity to provide these specialized services to the City of Roswell as required by the TSA.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
The City shall compensate SparkTek Service, LLC at a rate of One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00) per hour and shall not exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) without prior written authorization and a formal amendment to this Agreement approved in accordance with applicable City policies.
