ACTION REQUESTED:
Consider recommending approval to advertise RFP 26-XX for construction services and repairs to City-owned facilities and infrastructure (Rogers).
BACKGROUND:
This request is for approval to advertise RFP 26-xx for construction services and repairs to City-owned facilities and infrastructure. We're requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified Offerors to establish Job Order Contracts (JOC) for renovation, repair, new construction, and remodeling services on an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis. The intent of this contract is to support the timely, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance, repair, and preservation of City-owned facilities and infrastructure.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
Costs for services are established following a qualifications-based selection and contract negotiation process.
LEGAL REVIEW:
None at this time.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The March 26, 2026 Legal Committee will be the first consideration of this item.
