Hold a closed session pursuant to NMSA 1978, § 10-15-1H, discuss Collective Bargaining negotiations.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION

There are no financial costs.

LEGAL REVIEW:

Pursuant to NMSA 1978, § 10-15-1H (5), a majority of a quorum of the City Council may vote to enter closed session to discuss a narrow range of topics. No action may be taken during the closed session.

BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:

There is no board or committee review.
