Approval of a budget adjustment in the amount of $3,724.00 to relocate all recording equipment. (Gass/Herring)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Alison Herring
The relocation of recording equipment is necessary due to the department’s move to the new location. The existing equipment must be safely removed, transported, and reinstalled to ensure continuity of operations and minimize disruption to services.

Financial Impact: (Revenue & Expense): Budget Adjustment Needed
Expense: 11014656-614004 M&R Equipment
The total cost for relocation, including uninstallation, transport, and installation, is $3,724.00. The Department of Finance should be able to reimburse these expenses, pending confirmation and standard reimbursement procedures.
