Resolution 26-26: adoption of Resolution 26-26: accepting funds as part of NMDOT's Capital Outlay Program. (Gass/Rogers)

BACKGROUND:

Initiated by: Mac Rogers

This request is for approval of Resolution 26-26 accepting funds as part of NMDOT'S Capital Outlay program. These funds were appropriated to the City of Roswell as part of the 2025 legislative session and NMDOT is administering the grant. The funds go towards the purchase of a generator for the Terminal Building at the Air Center. Construction Documents for the generator have completed.

No fiscal impact at time.

Finance Committee recommended approval 5-0 at their Meeting on May 7th, 2026
