Approval to advertise RFP 26-XX for HVAC and Plumbing services and repairs to City-owned facilities (Cavin/Rogers).
BACKGROUND:

This request is for approval to advertise RFP 26-xx for HVAC and Plumbing services and repairs to City-owned facilities. We're requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a pool of contractors capable of providing all new, upgrades or repairs to existing mechanical systems. These services will be provided on an on-call system based on Work Orders issued by City staff. The intent of this RFP is to ensure transparent, consistent, and verifiable pricing while streamlining project delivery and reducing the need for separate solicitations for each project.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
