LEGAL REVIEW:
City Attorney has reviewed the ordinance.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Public Safety recommended approval 4-0 to send to the Legal Committee at its February 17, 2026, meeting. The Legal Committee recommended approval 5-0 at its meeting on March 26, 2026. City Council recommended approval to hold a public hearing 10-0 at its meeting on April 9th 2026.
