BACKGROUND:

Red Mountain Arsenal LLC requests to enter into a 1-year lease of Building 60, consisting of 8,770 square feet, more or less, located at the Roswell Air Center, commencing on June 1, 2026, and ending May 31, 2027.

Tenant agrees to pay forty-five thousand eight hundred ninety dollars and eighty-eight cents ($45,890.88), payable in 12 monthly installments of $3,824.24.
