Resolution 26-34: adoption of Resolution 26-34: authorizing an application for the redemption of Outstanding Joint Water and Sewer Improvement Revenue Bonds (Gass/Rogers)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Mac Rogers
Requesting approval of Resolution 26-34, authorizing an application for the redemption of Outstanding Joint Water and Sewer Improvement Revenue Bonds. This action would allow the City to proceed with the redemption of Bonds issued on February 21, 2017 pursuant to Ordinance No. 16-22 adopted on January 12, 2017 in an amount not to exceed $11,7500,000.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Allows for the City pay a principal amount not to exceed $11,750,000
LEGAL REVIEW:
Legally Sufficient.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The Legal Committee recommended approval 5-0 at its meeting on May 28, 2026. The Finance Committee recommended approval 5-0 at its meeting on June 4, 2026.
