Consider recommending approval of Resolution 26-XX which shall require the removal or demolition of four (4) dilapidated structures. (Toby Franco)

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
Resolution and notice will be served to owners requiring action within fifteen (15) days. Demolition by the City will proceed if no action is taken and a lien will be placed on the property for costs ranging from $3,000 to $30,000 for each property for removal.
LEGAL REVIEW:
The City Attorney has reviewed the current resolution. Resolutions must be adopted by a majority vote of the entire City Council.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Legal Committee will be the first to consider this item.
