Reno Air Racing Association Inc. requests to enter into a 1-year lease of Building 100, consisting of 5,520 square feet, more or less, located at the Roswell Air Center, commencing July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027.

Tenant agrees to pay twelve dollars and no cents ($12.00), payable in 12 monthly installments of $1.00. Tenant has expended more than $60,270.06 in permanent improvements to the structure. Historically, the City has given rent abatement at the Airport when permanent improvements have been completed to the structure.
