BACKGROUND:
212 E 12th ST has received several offers to purchase, the sale process was concluded awarding Kate Worthington the right to purchase 212 E 12th St subject to council approval.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
Approve sale at $56,000.00
LEGAL REVIEW:
The Assistant City Attorney has reviewed and approved the prepared ordinance & purchase-sale agreement.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
This is the second time this item has been on the the Legal Committee Agenda. The first time was June 25, 2026, where no action was taken, and the item was removed off the agenda.
