Discussion and possible action to enter into a medical services agreement with Nuestra Salud Health Clinic, P.C. for a One (1) year period (October 1, 2024 - September 30, 2025) for services to be provided for the Webb County Employee Health Clinic at a cost of One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00) a year to be paid at monthly rate of Ten Thousand Four Hundred Sixteen Dollars and Sixty-seven Cents ($10,416.67) for in-person and telehealth services; and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #6100-1090-001-462000-005 (Wellness Expenses)]

Issue: Current agreement expires on September 30, 2024 and a new agreement is needed to be able to continue services through the Employee Clinic

Solution: Commissioners Court approval of this agreement will allow the current provider to continue providing medical care services to employees and their eligible dependents.

Result: The approval of this contract will allow employees and eligible dependents to continue receiving medical services through this provider with no out of pocket costs.

Nuestra Salud Health Clinic has provided medical care services thru the Employee Clinic since February 2021.
